Projects allow for mentees within our Generation Y network, that are reached, to give back and create an impact among the wider community, while at the same time affording members/volunteers to expand upon their skills and develop a better understanding of the needs being fulfilled. The International Day of the Girl Child, which is recognised on the 11th day of October each year, will be used to commemorate our project, through executing a full one (1) day youth conference. The conference aims to engage with youth (ages 12-17), in casting a positive vision for themselves and their country over the next fifty (50) years. The three (3) main themes the conference will focus on are: 1. Leadership, 2. Entrepreneurship, and 3. Social Impact, and will be conducted with the aim to challenge the minds of adolescents, so that they desire to become change makers of society.
An appeal that directly provides for girls through contributions towards educational and social needs for a period of one (1) school term or longer. Every girl and their family undergo a needs assessment, monitoring and evaluation in order to remain involved. The campaign runs on the premise that contributes are more so in-kind; i.e. school supplies, books, uniforms and lunch, and delivered directly to the participant. This takes the burden off some guardians and mentees who imply can not afford certain basics, and aids in the youth excelling in and out of school.
Generation Y (Youth)
This is our flagship project that incorporates three (3) elements: a retreat style educational model for Easter, Summer Camp and an after school/Saturday programme aimed at using non-traditional methodologies for inspiring growth within our girls. We help to challenge the minds of the youth and ignite a desire to improve upon their lives by creating an environment within them that change is not an option but essential. The participants go through various steps to empowerment of self and are motivated to speak up and out about their daily struggles. Drama, the creative arts and safe circles are just some of the tools used throughout our processes.

Just A Girl
A play produced by mentees and members within the organisation that touches on abuse and violence against girls. It will be used as a tool to educate the mentees, other youth and society about the severity of these scenarios but also to encourage persons to be mindful of the signs surrounding the same and measures that everyone can invoke. It will sensitize and illustrate some solutions to the problems, while used to celebrate our 2nd anniversary celebrations, falling in line with the International Day of the Girl Child.
Love To The Glove
A Charity Soft Ball (Base Ball) Tournament that encourages friendly rivalry between Corporate Barbados while at the same time they give back to the Community that caters for the girls of Barbados. This will be a one (1) day competition held in conjunction with the International Day of the Girl Child, whereby each organisation will express their love to a specific cause girls in Barbados are faced with through sports.
