Alian Ollivierre is an entrepreneur and a creative thinker, who develops dynamic people, enterprises and winning strategies, through consulting, training and coaching. She has 10+ years experience working in London and the United Nations sphere in legal, international policy, consultancy, portfolio and relationship management, non-profit and corporate, across various sectors.
Her core strengths are strategy, communication, planning, and problem solving, especially within the professional and enterprise framework. As the Director at Gateway International Inc., a training and consultancy agency for professionals and enterprises, Alian systematically develops curriculum and delivers training programmes for regional and international agencies that serve employees, entrepreneurs and executive leaders.
With also a philanthropic background, in 2014 Alian officially founded a non-profit organisation called I Am A Girl Barbados, where she uses her professional skills to develop programmes to inspire and empower adolescent girls and youth towards positive change. During her academic years, Alian attained an LLB (Hons) and MSc. International Relations (Hons), while becoming an Author of her now published thesis on regional integration entitled 'Inter-regional Relations: Barriers the Caribbean faces in 21st Century'.
Since then she is now a certified Coach, Speaker, Trainer and DISC Personality Assessor within John Maxwell Team, and through her development of a start-up capacity building curriculum and Training of Trainers model, will continue to serve Caribbean entrepreneurs and leaders, over the coming years, along with aiding in the sustainable develop of youth.
